Besides the invited papers, we are also soliciting contributed papers [15 to 30 minutes’ time slots]. These papers should generally conform to the stated philosophy of this W-EPR. However, to encourage active participation in this paradigm shifting workshop, we are encouraging you to submit papers that articulates lingering questions in your mind related to any branch of physics that have been difficult to understand for you and then explain and visualize the interaction processes to others.

The cliché goes that framing the question dictates the answer we conceive or receive. A deeper understanding of any phenomenon requires framing the best logical questions that weaves logically all the observations that are interrelated. Great educators have always underscored that we cannot teach. We can only inculcate the internal desire and skill to learn, including our own minds, by constructing or presenting the right question related to a phenomenon, or a related group there of. With this premise, we request all of you to submit papers well formulated questions that have been nagging you for years because of difficulty in constructing self-consistent visualizable picture of the interaction process under consideration.

The second purpose of these contributed papers is that the contributed papers will generate a set of well prepared and presented questions from the participants for enthusiastic discussions with all the invited speakers. Collective learning is a faster and more productive process. An open and free discussion with well articulated problems creates the most powerful learning environment.
